The villa itself has two floors above ground, ground floor and underground connected by a wooden staircase, illuminated railing and elevator. Each floor has a separate toilet, some are electronically controlled. Wooden floors, large-format tiles and tiles dominate. Second floor:
On this floor is the master bedroom with a double-sided fireplace and terrace. The bedroom is situated to the north, giving an airy and pleasant feel. The ceiling follows the roof with exposed frames. The adjacent bathroom has a shell-shaped bathtub.
First floor:
On this floor there is a kitchen connected to the dining room, living area and two terraces. From the kitchen there is access to a covered terrace, which is used for relaxation. The herb garden is accessible "dry foot"* due to the fact that the terrace is equipped with a glass roof.

There is a stone wood-burning stove on this terrace. For the winter period, the terrace is equipped with heaters, for the summer with two awnings.
